deepend e9869db82b Updated the macOS GitHub Actions dependency-install step to add a fallback installer for gtk-mac-bundler when neither the CLI executable nor the Python module is already available. The fallback downloads the upstream tarball, extracts it, and runs make install so osx/makebundle.sh can proceed in CI.
