deepend e0c8409971 Updated GTK3 adjustment updates in gtk_xtext_adjustment_set to use GtkAdjustment setters and gtk_adjustment_value_changed, preserving the GTK2 path with gtk_adjustment_changed. 
Adjusted GTK3 buffer-show scroll value updates and change signaling to rely on adjustment accessors while keeping the GTK2 flow intact.
