deepend a68a49f394 Fixed the macOS CI packaging step by exporting PREFIX and ENCHANT_PREFIX before the Perl substitutions that rewrite <prefix> entries in osx/zoitechat.bundle. This ensures $ENV{...} is populated during replacement and avoids invalid/empty metadata values that can crash gtk-mac-bundler with the NoneType error.
