deepend c20a6424e5 Added explicit MSVC runtime-check settings in the shared Windows build props so optimized builds don’t inherit /RTC1 and conflict with /Ox: BasicRuntimeChecks=Default and SmallerTypeCheck=false in the ClCompile block of win32/zoitechat.props.
