deepend bad5eab21c Expanded the GTK3 stock-to-themed icon mapping to cover additional stock IDs (add, yes/no, navigation, dialog error, media play, network, spell check) while keeping the stock fallback unchanged. 
Spot-checked GTK3 callers in chanlist, menu, and spell-entry code paths that rely on stock icon mappings for menu items and spelling UI icons.
