deepend 3d6b2485d1 Updated the Solus workflow’s default container image from ghcr.io/getsolus/solus:latest to docker.io/silkeh/solus:latest in both workflow input defaults and job env fallback, so the workflow no longer depends on a missing GHCR tag by default. ...

Added explicit error handling around docker pull "$SOLUS_IMAGE" with a clearer remediation message telling users to override solus_image if pull fails.
