c4d72ea94b Expanded docs/accounting.md from a single legacy one-liner into a practical ops reference with clearer command examples and short explanations for ac, who, lastlog, and sa. 
Replaced the old backtick-style pattern with a more readable pipeline for cumulative login-time reporting, plus caveats about log retention and rotation effects.
Added the accounting guide to the README’s “Getting started” docs list so it’s easier to discover alongside other server operations references.

367bbafa5f Reworked the main setup guide into a modern, provider-agnostic “build your own tilde” playbook with practical steps for provisioning, SSH hardening, public_html setup, /etc/skel planning, user lifecycle workflows, and operational safety. 
Added a structured “add functionality in layers” section (publishing, communication, collaboration, culture) plus a first-week launch checklist to help new operators grow safely and intentionally.
Updated README.md with a clear “start here” section that points operators to the key docs for creating and extending a tilde host.
Updated docs/shellserver.md to point at the new setup guide and introduced a concise “quick priorities” list for new admins.

a406d1150c Added improved (IMHO) recently-updated script. 
The script findmod2.pl is a rewrite of the the existing scripts and
templates in readable, dependency-free Perl5.  In addition to adding
bells and whistles, findmod2.pl will search each user's entire
public_html directory for activity rather than just the index.html
file.
