The generated link from "author:" header of the security.md wiki
article, was pointing to a nonexistent place. Fix it.

Merge leafnode.md into netnews.md. The leafnode.md article is
suitable to be in netnews.md, despite tilde.club server not having
the leafnode executable.
Remove leafnode.md . Now only netnews.md file persists.

Merge slrn.md into netnews.md. There was much duplicate information
in both of these files.
Remove slrn.md . Now only netnews.md file persists, without the wiki
losing any information. Readers need one less clicky.

The netnews.md file does not reference how to use the worldwide
network of Netnews, called Usenet. Instead it only focuses on the
Newsgroups from the "tilde." hierarchy, which I believe are not public
to the Usenet.
Also, the term "Netnews" is more generic, and is the official name
similar to Email or to HTML.
Therefore, remove the term "Usenet" from naming.

It is unnecessary to have this two separate files. Merge them into
one. This way all information is delivered with just one click.
Also, the wiki gets even less clutter (there is few, or no, clutter in
~club wiki).
Also make small changes to edit-index.html file.

Software words and website words are capitalized (or, as another
option, all caps), articles in the "tilde.club" category must have
most words capitalized (may capitalize word in case of doubt), and the
rest of the titles must have first word, of the title, capitalized,
with the rest of the (non-software) words, of the title, all
lowercase.

Tilde.club.
The exceptions is when refering to tilde.club as a directory, or as a
host, or when refering to the tilde.club server.
The goal is to always refer to the Tilde.club community with a capital
T.

inside GNU Emacs terminology. Also deletes an unnecessary mild usage
suggestion in "Frame" subsection.

I learned that it is "a GNU Emacs", rather than "an GNU Emacs";
because the "g" in "GNU" is read as one syllable hard "g".
