The timezone by default on the server is UTC.

If you want to make it so that your shell prints out dates in localtime for you, run `tzselect`
to find the correct timezone name that you'll need to export as the `TZ` environment variable.

for example, if you're in eastern time, add something like this
`export TZ="America/Detroit"`

to your `.bashrc`

Put rules on article titles. Software words and website words are capitalized (or, as another option, all caps), articles in the "tilde.club" category must have most words capitalized (may capitalize word in case of doubt), and the rest of the titles must have first word, of the title, capitalized, with the rest of the (non-software) words, of the title, all lowercase.
