.SH DESCRIPTION
The tilde launcher provides a submission and administrator approval process
for community scripts. Approved executables are accessible from /tilde/bin.
New approvals use reviewed, root-owned copies rather than mutable links to
the submitting user's home directory.

Show usage and exit.

Show the version and exit.

List approved scripts with author and description.

Show its description and author. Alias: description.

Submit an executable in ~/bin for approval.

Submit a new revision of a script that you own. The approved version remains
available until the revision is accepted.

List your submissions that are not yet approved.

Show the script's approval and submission status.

Run an approved script, forwarding its arguments.

Interactively review and migrate legacy user-owned symlinks (root only).
When no name is given, review all legacy links.

.SH NOTES
An administrator approves an immutable snapshot of a submitted script. The
script is captured under the submitter's user ID; it is not executed as root.
Legacy links are not changed until an administrator explicitly migrates them.
Single-file scripts are supported; executables requiring files beside them may
need packaging changes before migration.
